Opposition

Here’s the question I’ve heard many times from various sources and my take on the answer.

Question: Where is the Opposition Parties? Why don’t they do anything? Why so quiet?

Constitutionally: They can’t do anything because they don’t have enough votes to propose a censure debate. The debate requires 200 signatures (of 500 Members of Parliament) but the Opposition only have 124 (125 - 1 who just got yellow-carded a couple of days ago).

Politically: They’re just waiting to take the advantage of the situation. No explanation needed.

As for “the Leader”, he’s doing everything he can to stay in power. Isn’t that obvious?
