The sadest thing, I suppose, is the fact that banks claim they are using IE because "it has better security". (Even PayPal said that.)

Anyway, nested comment is fun. Heh! :D

Ah, don't worry about nested comment. Somehow, I just enable it in discussion option and it is good to go :-) (only work for 3b but not photo blogging though, good enough anyway).

I would say that it is pretty ...umm... sad? for them to be able to support only IE.

Basically, I am using Internet Banking here for maybe 4 or 5 years and I could say that since FireFox came out, I have no problem to use either Westpac and HSBC Internet Banking and now for 2 years without problem on Safari as well.

Anyway, off topic, I am wondering how to use nested commenting option of WP 2.7 though. It might require complicate coding, I supposed?

Maybe the easiest for me, just search for theme that support it :-)

i'm pretty sure it's automated. >.< Anyhow. a lot of banks seems to support only IE. SCB's scbeasy too. (Well, i can do the basic stuff on other, but when I want to get to the easy funds, it's only IE.. >.<

Ah! You have raised a very interesting point. So should I deduct the score I have given earlier (for responding)? :P

For the record: BBL iBanking uses ActiveX, IE-specific components, so the website will never work on any other browsers. But as far as I know, the only significant ActiveX component is the popup calendar -- which can be replaced easily with Javascript. (I might be wrong. It has been a while.)

Good thing I am using Macbook Pro so I can run VMWare to get to Windows anytime. Otherwise I would have to carry 2 machines. -"-

Maybe it is an automatic response (not by computer but by basing on the guideline). I used to do that for some companies before by gathering a few questions/complaints, grouping together and deriving the keywords. Then, set up each answer for each keyword.

It is the best way to minimise the response time and unify the response to customers :-)
